Upgrade components
Upgrade components are items that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is being utilized. They can be purchased by players or vendors looted, or gotten as rewards, or created using crafting materials. Upgrade items can be cosmetic effects, in addition to giving bonus attributes.
Upgrade components include inscriptions enhancements and infusions. They aren't generally accessible to the general public and are only available on ascended equipment or certain weapons that aren't ascended from the Factions Campaign. Infusions can be recovered or inscriptions, as well as enrichments from equipment using an Infusion Extractor Device or by salvaging them using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage tool.
Like other upgrade products Phoenix Boxes are able to be traded while still connected to the item they are upgrading, and can be reused after they are salvaged. These upgrade items can be used to boost the quality of armor and weapon, without spending Dilithium. They can increase the chance that the item will receive a quality upgrade.
Upgrade components can be added to an item, however, the original one is destroyed (except for legendaries and Ascended equipment). Upgrade components can only be added to upgraded items that have an identification level of zero or more. The addition of an upgrade to an item that is already equipped with a prefix or suffix upgrade will display the name of the resulting item as it appears in the game (for example adding an Radiant Insignia to Canthan Armor will cause it to be named Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor). A player can have up to three upgrade item s at a time.
Glyphs
Glyphs can be a valuable addition to any product, because they offer a variety of unique benefits and boosts. Certain glyphs can increase the number of affixes on an item, increasing its overall strength. These glyphs are acquired by the completion of the dungeons. Some can even be found in certain World Tier 3 zones. However, it's important to remember that glyphs are not available on a character that has not created an area of root dungeons of the same size.
To use a Glyph you must first create it using components, and then connect them using anchors. The component will then automatically align itself to other components or paths within the same layer. If you do not want to create the glyph using components, you can make use of a combination of paths and anchors. Then, drag an element in close proximity to a highlighted component to snap it into place.
Certain glyphs require certain requirements to be met for example, 25 Dexterity in a specific area on the Paragon Board. Some glyphs require a specific number of Primary Stat Nodes to be activated, which can be a bit difficult to achieve. Some glyphs have a radius that increases as you move it up.
Glyphs can be applied to a variety of items and weapons, except for those belonging to a specific class. Certain glyphs can be used with additional requirements, for example an amount of Dexterity damage or attack damage in a particular part of the Paragon board.
The Defend Glyph adds the chance to block enemy attacks. It also has an opportunity of 15% to make the Hero vulnerable for two turns.
There are also a handful of glyphs that can be applied to tools that are limited-use, such as the Black Lion Chest or Trading Post. These glyphs contribute to the Combat Mechanic Achievement.
The most popular glyphs used in the game are the attack glyphs, which increase Artifacts' ATK substats by a fixed amount. These glyphs are especially beneficial for classes that employ weapons that are ranged, like Warriors or Rogues. Other glyphs include the Exploit Glyph which makes enemies that hit the Hero susceptible to damage.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens are tokens that can be used to roll back one of the results that are rolled when performing an Action. They are destroyed when the reroll happens. Reroll tokens are obtained through a variety of ways, including through raids, dungeons and skirmishes. They can also be bought at the shop or from other players. They are particularly useful in dungeons and trials, since they allow players to reroll rewards from the end of the chest.
For items at the level 1 there are recycling points. item upgrader will increase by a certain amount of points each time you recycle an item. This value is based on the rarity of the item and its level. In addition the upgraded item will not retain its level when rerolled and the cost for recycling an upgraded item increases depending on the level of the item.

It is also possible to use reroll tokens to make an item rerollable. However, this will not bring back the item's original stats or levels. This is useful for those who wish to reroll an item they don't like but still want to keep it in their collection.
Three kinds of upgrade coins are available in the game: the reroll, the randomly generated, and upgrade. Each type comes with its own subtypes. For instance, tokens that reroll come in three different levels: enhanced, rare and legendary. Each level requires an item from the level to make a new item of that level.
To use rerolling tokens choose "Reroll Token" by right-clicking on the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Select the type of token. The tokens available are Item, Weapons, Misc, 1hguns, 2hguns and Focus. The Item token can be used to create a new Item in any quality. Using the Weapon or Misc token will create a new weapon from the same faction.
The item can also be upgraded to a new item that has the same stats but a higher level. This could happen if the item has been placed in the Non-Droppable Pool or was transferred there as part of the franchise card.
